Zoen's Twilio Voice integration adds 3 Twilio Voice tools and 1 real-time trigger to the AI agents you build in Zoen's visual workflow builder — you build it all visually. Make and manage phone calls. Teams often pair Twilio Voice with Rippling and SAP Concur in the same agent.

You can make Call, list Calls, and get Recording with Twilio Voice in Zoen. Each runs as a tool inside an AI agent block, so an agent can chain Twilio Voice with services like Rippling and SAP Concur and apply LLM reasoning between steps.

Connecting Twilio Voice takes about five minutes: (1) Create a free account at zoen.space. (2) Create an agent in your workspace. (3) Drag a Twilio Voice block onto the workflow builder. (4) Paste your Twilio Voice API key to authenticate. You can find it in your Twilio Voice account settings. (5) Pick a tool such as "Make Call", wire up its inputs, and click Run, and your agent is live.

Add a Twilio Voice block to your agent and select "Make Call" as the tool. Make an outbound phone call using Twilio Voice API. Fill in the required fields. Inputs can reference outputs from earlier steps, such as text generated by an AI block or data fetched from another integration, and you build it all visually.
