Sendblue

Zoen's Sendblue integration adds 5 Sendblue tools and 2 real-time triggers to the AI agents you build in Zoen's visual workflow builder — you build it all visually. Send and receive iMessage and SMS. Teams often pair Sendblue with Telegram and Linq in the same agent.

You can send Message, send Group Message, evaluate Service, send Typing Indicator, and get Message with Sendblue in Zoen. Each runs as a tool inside an AI agent block, so an agent can chain Sendblue with services like Telegram and Linq and apply LLM reasoning between steps.

Connecting Sendblue takes about five minutes: (1) Create a free account at zoen.space. (2) Create an agent in your workspace. (3) Drag a Sendblue block onto the workflow builder. (4) Paste your Sendblue API key to authenticate. You can find it in your Sendblue account settings. (5) Pick a tool such as "Send Message", wire up its inputs, and click Run, and your agent is live.

Add a Sendblue block to your agent and select "Send Message" as the tool. Send an iMessage or SMS to a single recipient via Sendblue. Fill in the required fields. Inputs can reference outputs from earlier steps, such as text generated by an AI block or data fetched from another integration, and you build it all visually.

Add a Sendblue trigger block to your agent and copy its generated webhook URL into Sendblue's webhook settings. Zoen supports 2 real-time triggers for Sendblue: Sendblue Message Received and Sendblue Message Status Updated. Once configured, every matching Sendblue event starts your agent instantly, no polling, no delay.

Zoen receives the full event payload Sendblue sends, typically the record or object that changed, plus metadata like the event type and timestamp. Every field in the payload is available as a variable you can pass to AI blocks, conditions, or other integrations.
